We are looking for a role player who is familiar with the manufacturing and production industry that can collaborate with management and the sales team to complete their project on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with management and the sales team to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. We are a background-friendly team that believes in second chances.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage production and installation of projects by ensuring on-time delivery and quality production for our products

Visit sites to perform site surveys, inspect for quality control, instruct installation crews, communicate with clients

Maintaining timely communications with customers & sales team regarding site/installation status

Review documents and drawings (CAD or hand) to ensure the accuracy of measurements, materials, etc.

Inspect blueprints of construction projects to identify any dimensional discrepancies and ensure accurate placement of products for the project.

Work closely with the Design team to provide sketches and input needed for drawing the layout and marking the location of essential aspects of the construction project.

Communicate with the Management, Sales, and Production team members and General Contractors throughout the project(s) lifecycle to coordinate production and installation schedule.

Provide accurate reports of conditions, layout, and verification of the project job sites.

Maintain customer satisfaction and product quality while continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

Provide updates to sales, management, and production team on project status and information.
Key Requirements / Competencies

Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.

Experience taking lead role in projects and delegating duties appropriately.

Professional etiquette in the office and with customers.

Ability to visualize CAD or hand drawings.

Project budget management experience.

Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

Position is Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but not limited to this schedule.
